Pet friendly, clean, great location, good hosts

We enjoyed our stay here, and the host was very attentive in giving specific instructions on how to find the property and offering any assistance we might need. We only stayed for four nights, but the location is great for walking to and from the main downtown area. Since we were there in early February, several businesses were closed for the season, but it made for a less crowded experience both in town and in the various nearby parks we were visiting. And the dogs enjoyed the large yard with green grass after spending the previous three weeks in the Chihuahuan desert!

Perfect location! It was a 10-minute walk to downtown Moab with tourist shops and ice cream and restaurants. Yet it felt secluded. Lots of trees. Places for kids to run around outdoors. It was clean, had a full kitchen, and comfortable seating.
